The plastic extruder produced by our company has the advantages of high output, low energy consumption and good plasticization. It is an ideal equipment for plastic extrusion.
The screw and barrel are all made of 38CrMoALA, which has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance after special hardening treatment.
The main power of the extruder adopts imported frequency conversion control, and can also be controlled by imported DC controller. Its advancement and stability are in the leading domestic level. The extruder adopts gear box and pulley two-stage variable speed, which increases the torque load capacity of the extruder.
It is equipped with a quick net change device, which reduces the labor intensity of the operator and reduces the time of stopping and changing the net. The fuselage heating adopts advanced cast aluminum heating: high thermal efficiency, long service life, the fuselage cooling adopts air-cooled cooling, and the temperature is automatically controlled.
The double-station full-automatic winding machine and the full-automatic friction/center winding machine developed by our company adopt the shaftless cylinder of FESTO company in Germany and are controlled by PLC to automatically complete the functions of cutting, winding, changing and unloading. Improve product yield and product winding effect.
